 I have  over thirty years experience in law enforcement, I currently hold a Master Peace Officer license with Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education and I am the owner of Crash Scene Consultants a crash / accident reconstruction firm. I retired from full time Law Enforcement on July 30, 2017 to focus on my Consulting and Reconstruction Business.

 I spent three years as a crash investigator for the City of Brownsville Tx. I have investigated hundreds of traffic crashes in my career as a peace officer. These crashes range from minor fender benders to fatality accidents. These accidents have involved auto to auto, auto /pedestrian, semi-trucks to auto, auto to motorcyclist, and auto to bicyclist. I have testified in County Court and District Courts with charges ranging from DWI to Murder. I was the Safety Director for an Over the road Trucking company from Aug. 1999 – Feb. 2000.

 I worked on patrol with the City of College Station Police Department from 1991to August of 1999. From August of 1999 to Feb. 2000 I worked full time as a Safety Director of an Over the Road trucking company. In Feb. of 2000 the owner of the trucking company leased it out to another trucking company and my services were no longer needed. I went back to work for the City of College Station Police Department in May of 2000. From May of 2000 to July 30, 2017 when I retired from the College Station Police Department. Part of my daily duties while employed by College Station was to investigate traffic crashes. During my time with the College Station Police Department I have investigated hundreds of crashes ranging from minor crashes to fatality crashes.

 I have attended Intermediate Crash Investigation, Advanced Collision investigation, Collision Reconstruction, Auto / Pedestrian investigation, Grade Crossing Collision Investigation and Commercial Vehicle Collision Investigation, Motorcycle Reconstruction, Energy Applications in Collision Investigation (Crush),Weight and License Certification, Crash Data Retrieval, and Crash Data Retrieval Analysis, Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorder.  I am certified in the use of Visual Statement FX3 diagramming, Forensic Mapping, and Aras360 computer diagramming, Aras 360 HD computer diagramming, and Forensic Mapping.

I was an Adjunct Instructor for the Texas Engineering and Extension Service (TEEX) from 2011 -2013.  I taught  Intermediate Accident Investigation, Advanced Accident Investigation, Reconstruction Collision Investigation and Radar Instructor Course for TEEX on a as needed basis.
